il Centro Alimentari/Catering will create a private event in your home, office, or a destination of your choice.
Each menu is created to reflect the season that we are living in at the moment. We source ingredients seasonally and locally. Contact us to craft a custom quote that includes rentals, staffing, and a bar package.
A 50% deposit of ANY catering order is required at the time of confirmation. Please note we do require a minimum of 72 hours notice for ALL orders.
A set up and drop off fee of $175 in addition to food and beverage may be charged if applicable. Additionally charged is NC sales tax, 6.75%.
